1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Honeylingo mobile application and related services. By installing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
Honeylingo provides AI-generated language lessons, vocabulary study, speech playback and recognition, review quizzes, and locally stored learning records. Honeylingo currently does not require account registration or sign-in. Features may change for operational or technical reasons.
3. AI-generated content
Lessons, translations, explanations, and analyses generated by AI may contain errors. Do not rely on them alone for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Premium may be offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Prices and currencies are shown at purchase and charged through your app marketplace account.
- Subscriptions may renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends.
- Management, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Because Honeylingo does not use app accounts, purchase restoration depends on the marketplace account and the restoration tools provided in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service for personal learning. You may not disrupt, resell, scrape at scale, bypass security, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
The app, software, design, brand, and operator-provided content belong to Honeylingo or their respective owners. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.
7. Changes and availability
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security, law, or third-party services. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Honeylingo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when laws, services, or business practices change. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
